Our lead climber has received certifications through TCIA for aerial rescue, aerial lift operator, tree climber, and groundsman. Our groundsman have/or currently pursuing the groundsman certification from the TCIA. All employees pursue yearly training and attend national and state conferences and competitions.
We are fully licensed and insured for all of our projects. Arbor projects require specific insurance that relate to tree removal, pruning, ect.
Currently we are scheduled out 1-2 months. Please contact us for a more accurate time frame as scheduling changes daily.
We do not top trees. Topping trees causes significant damage and inhibits the trees ability to “seal” the wound. When a tree is unable to “seal” its wounds the tree is susceptible to disease and pests.
Yes we do. In the event of an urgent or emergency situation (tree on house, car, driveway, ect.) we can be reached 24/7.
Payment is due after work is completed, with the exception of insurance claims. We will work with you and your insurance company with their payment timeframe.
We have extensive experience with insurance claims. From the specific verbiage and structure of the quote/invoice to images of the tree(s) damage being claimed. We will utilize our experience to help minimize added stress during such a trying time for you and your family.
